Originally from small town Iowa, Austin received his B.S. from the University of Northern Iowa in Biology. After finishing his undergraduate degree he went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Iowa.

Austin always knew he wanted to go into a healthcare profession that would focus on patients staying active and healthy, rather than beginning treatment after their health starts to falter. He believes that his profession allows him to not only to help people recover from injuries, but prevent them from happening in the first place. He takes care to establish trusting relationships with his patients, and truly cares about being an essential piece in their healthcare.

He loves treating patients of all age groups and diagnoses! He’s taken special interest in treating athletes, but is up for any challenge thrown his way. In the end, his passion lies in helping people to continue participating in the activities they love. He treats everything from the head down because there’s always more to learn!

When he’s not treating patients you can find Austin in the Crossfit gym, on a snowboard, fishing a mountain stream, making bogeys on the golf course, or pretty much anywhere else as long as he’s outside!

Dr. Lauren Vautier is a physical therapist, Postparturm Certified Exercise Specialist (PCES) through Core Exercise Solutions and clinically trained by Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE). She specializes in the treatment of the pelvic health, pregnancy/postpartum recovery as well as the fitness athlete and those with chronic pain. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from DePaul University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of Michigan where she received recognition for Clinical Excellence. She is a Chicago native with a strong history of treating high level medical complexity, orthopedic polytrauma, pre- and post-organ transplant surgery rehabilitation and high-risk pregnancy from Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Lauren has served as faculty for Human Anatomy Dissection at Northwestern University Physical Therapy program and currently serving as a teaching assistant for the Institute of Clinical Excellence cervical spine course. She is a Lone Tree resident and proud co-owner of Onward Denver. Outside of the clinic, you can find Lauren enjoying the Colorado scenery hiking with her fiancé and dog or getting stronger at her local Crossfit.
